Brother Ken Rief received the honor for the month of July. Brother Ken for his leadership in organizing the council's 3rd degree ceremonial team, and making sure that the team practiced until they were ready.  Brother Ken also took on the construction of a beautiful portable bar, which will be in use after council meetings during socialization time.
